What to expect and how to get it

What you get
A Conditional Cash-Back Rewards benefit equal to 0.2% annual interest, calculated on the monthly outstanding Absa Home Loan balance, will be added on the last day of each month to the balance of your Absa Rewards account, which can then be redeemed as per your choice

For example, you could earn approximately:

R105.49 pm on an outstanding Absa Home Loan balance of R650 000

R154.19 pm on an outstanding Absa Home Loan balance of R950 000

R178.53 pm on an outstanding Absa Home Loan balance of R1.1 million
Qualifying criteria
The benefit will be subject to the borrower complying with the following conditions (qualifying criteria):

You must have an active, valid Homeowner’s Comprehensive (HOC) Insurance policy on the home from either Absa or an insurer of your choice (vacant land and sectional title properties are excluded from this condition)

You must receive the home loan statement electronically via eStatements

The nominee must be an active Absa Rewards member, and all accounts linked to the Rewards account must be in good standing and up to date (including compliance regarding FICA/KYC)

In order to receive the above benefits, you will be required to complete a Concession Rewards Nominee Form (Absa 6549 EX) at the Attorney when signing the Home Loan documents

In order to receive the benefit, the nominated participant will be required to be an active Absa Rewards member
