  • 1. How do I remove my card from the ring?

    •  Open the VezoPay App and tap on your device icon to select your ring. Then, choose the option to unlink or delete your card.

    • If your device doesn’t appear on the App, tap the plus (+) icon to add it, then follow the on-screen instructions by placing your phone near the ring to connect it. Once your device appears, you can proceed with the steps to remove your card.
  • 2. How do I activate my ring?

    After registration, follow these steps on the VezoPay App to link your payment card:

    1. Open the VezoPay App on your Android or iOS device.
    2. Navigate to the overview screen displaying your wearable and connected services.
    3. Click the Activate payment card button under the payment card image.
    4. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the activation.

    If you have already connected a payment card to your wearable device (using online registration, for example), you can activate it for payments using the Android or iOS App by following these steps:

    1. On the VezoPay App, go to the dashboard screen showing your wearable device and the services connected to it.
    2. Click the Activate payment card button under the payment card image.
    3. Follow the on-screen instructions to activate the payment token on your wearable device.

    (If your device doesn’t appear on the App, tap the plus (+) icon to add it, then follow the on-screen instructions by placing your phone near the ring to connect it. Once your device appears, you can proceed with the steps to activate/pause/delete your ring/card.)

  • 3. What does it mean to activate my Vezo device?

    • Activating your VezoPay ring completes the setup process and enables your linked card for payments. This is done by completing in-App authentication via your bank.

    • Activation is a critical security step, as it ensures that your device is protected from unauthorised transactions. Until activation is complete, your ring cannot be used for payments. This keeps it secure by default.

    Important: Never share your OTP or bank credentials with anyone. VezoPay representatives will never request this information

  • 4. Where can I buy a ring?

    You can purchase your VezoPay ring by following these steps:

    Step 1: Order a free ring-sizing kit (recommended)
VezoPay ring sizes differ from normal ring sizes because of the built-in technology. To make sure your ring fits perfectly, order a free sizing kit first.

    Alternatively: Order your ring immediately (if you know your size).
If you are 100% sure about your VezoPay ring size, you can place your order straight away.

     

    Step 2: Confirm your ring size

    When you receive your ring-sizing kit, you’ll see that it has a QR code on it. You’ll also receive an email with instructions. Once you’ve determined your ring size:

    1. Scan the QR code or click the link in the email.
    2. Enter your correct ring size and submit.
    3. Your order will be shipped within two to five days after payment.
       

    Important


    • You must make the payment before your order is shipped.

    • The sizing kit is free, but you must order a ring to receive one.
    • You will only receive a sizing kit after you’ve paid and received a confirmation email.
  • 5. When will I receive my ring-sizing kit?

    •  After making the payment for your VezoPay ring on the VezoPay website. The sizing kit is only sent after your payment has been made and you’ve received an order confirmation email.

    • Once you receive your ring-sizing kit, you’ll see that it has a QR code on it. You’ll also receive an email with instructions. Scan the QR code or click the link to submit your ring size.
  • 6. What do I do if my ring is damaged?

    • Please refer to the VezoPay warranty.

    •  If you believe the problem is due to a manufacturing defect, please contact VezoPay customer support via the VezoPay website.
  • 7. What do I do if my ring doesn’t fit?

    • To ensure a good fit, please use the free ring-sizing kit to determine your correct size before placing your order. Experiment with the sizes on different fingers to find the best fit.

    • If you have any questions, please contact VezoPay customer support via the VezoPay website.

    • If you receive your chosen ring size and are still not satisfied with the fit, try it on different fingers. If you’re still dissatisfied, please contact VezoPay Customer Support via the VezoPay website.
