We can help you with an affordable payment arrangement
  • Our team will work with you to agree on an affordable arrangement to repay any arrears amounts on your home loan.
  • We could come to an arrangement with you to pay the monthly instalment due and an additional amount towards the arrears.
  • You will have an option to settle the arrears in one month or over an extended period of up to six months.
  • All arrangements to repay the arrears amounts will be based on what you can afford.

Home Loan

Beyond general payment arrangements, we have additional payment plans for qualifying cases. You can apply for a payment plan or request HelpUSell assistance any time by contacting us.

Short-term payment plan

Pay only a part of your repayments for up to six months.

How it works:

  • If your home loan is older than nine months, you can apply for a short-term payment plan.
  • We will review your situation and select the best plan for you.
  • A debit order will be set up to easily and securely manage your repayments.
  • Your remaining instalment (not included in the payment plan) will continue to accumulate towards arrears.
  • Once you have completed the payment plan, we can consider extending your loan term to assist with reducing your required monthly instalments
Extend your term

Pay off your arrears while maintaining an affordable monthly repayment.

How it works:

  •  If your home loan is older than nine months, you can apply to extend your term of your home loan.
  •  We can extend the term up to 360 months and reduce the monthly payment by up to 25%.
  • A debit order will be set up to easily and securely manage your repayments.
  • After three consecutive payments of the newly agreed amount, your arrears will be cleared. 
  • The balance will be combined with the outstanding loan amount, allowing your account to reflect as up to date.

We will help you sell your property quickly to avoid accumulating  more costs.

How it works:

  • HelpUSell is a programme that aims to assist you to sell a property that you can no longer afford to maintain.
  • Your property will be marketed by our network of estate agents.
  • You can maintain control over the sale with the goal of selling at a market-related value.
  • If the sale price is less than the outstanding balance on your loan, you could get between 10% and 50% discount on the shortfall.
  • Our HelpUSell team will fully support you throughout the process
