  • How to switch my personal loan

    Call us on 0860 100 372 or visit your nearest branch with the following documents:

    • South African ID book or card
    • Last three months payslips or bank statements
    • Non-Absa customers also need proof of residence e.g. municipal or rates bill (not older than three months)


    Self-employed:

    • ITA34 Tax Certificate
    • 6 months financial statements
    • Official letter from accountant/bookkeeper attesting to your financial/accounts health.
