    Boost your Cash Rewards and move up a tier by adding products or improving the way you bank. You’ll be a top tier earner in no time!

    These ten banking products can help you move up a tier:

    Deposit your salary into your Absa transactional account and complete 10 or more transactions or make payments to the value of R32 000 and complete 10 or more transactions. Score awarded if you have met this criteria during the current and previous month.

    Bonus score

    Have three or more Home Loans, Vehicle Asset loans or a combination thereof. Each loan must have a minimum outstanding balance of R5 000 and a debit order towards monthly repayments to qualify for this score.

    Recurring monthly deposit payments

    We will allocate a score to you every month if you have a recurring monthly payment equal to or greater than R250 (Two hundred and Fifty Rand) into your Savings and Investments Accounts.

    Earn cash rewards every time you fill up or make purchases at Sasol. You will also increase your earning rate just by using your credit card.

    Please note that this excludes bill payments, pre-paid airtime, electricity and lotto purchases. You will only earn cash rewards on the first R3 000 (three thousand rand) that you spend at Sasol during the accrual period.

How to redeem your rewards

  • Get cash in your account

    Have the value in your Absa Rewards account paid into your Absa cheque or savings account.

  • Get airtime vouchers

    Exchange your cash rewards for prepaid airtime vouchers from Telkom Mobile, Telkom, Cell C, Neotel, MTN, Virgin Mobile or Vodacom.

  • Transfer to a Unit Trust or TruSave account

    Redeem your Cash Rewards, transfer them to an Absa Unit Trust or TruSave account and watch your Rewards grow.

    It will take up to four working days for the redemption to reflect in your unit trust account. A minimum redemption value of R200 (per redemption) applies to Cash Rewards redeemed and transferred to an Absa Unit Trust Account.
