Step 1. Fill in the Forex Business Delivery form and a Third-party form for each business traveller. Include the traveller’s itinerary, required products, currency and amount.*
Step 2. Email the completed and signed forms, along with the traveller’s ID, passport and travel itinerary, to FXdeliveries@absa.africa. If travelling under an omnibus facility, include an authorisation letter.
Step 3. The Forex Delivery team will contact you to confirm and validate your request.
Step 4. Your request will be processed at the current exchange rate. Your transactional account** will be debited with the corresponding rand value, including commission, VAT and delivery costs.
Step 5. Orders placed before 12:00 (Monday to Friday) will be delivered the next business day.
Orders placed after 12:00 (Monday to Friday) will be delivered within the next two business days.
Step 6. Ensure the business traveller has their original identity documents when receiving the forex delivery.
