How to get your settlement quote

  • What you need to know

    A settlement quote is a letter from the bank that tells you how much you need to pay to settle your vehicle loan in full.

  • Absa Online

    1. Log in to Absa Online.
    2. Tap Documents on your Vehicle Finance Account.
    3. Tap Request next to Settlement quote.
    4. Confirm your email address.
    5. Tap Next.
    6. Make sure all your details are correct.
    7. Tap Confirm.
    8. Tap Done.
    9. If your request was successful, your settlement quote will be emailed to you within a day.
    10. Please note: Your settlement quote is only valid for six days from the day you receive it.

  • Banking App

    1. Log in to your Absa Banking App.
    2. Tap your Vehicle Finance Account.
    3. Tap Documents.
    4. Tap Settlement quote.
    5. Confirm your email address.
    6. Tap Continue.
    7. Make sure all your details are correct.
    8. Tap Confirm.
    9. If your request was successful, your settlement quote will be emailed to you within a day.
    10. Please note: Your settlement quote is only valid for six days from the day you receive it.
