How to get your discount at this partner:

  1. Go to the Nu Metro kiosk or the Nu Metro official website.
  2. Book your ticket.
  3. Select Absa Rewards in the Apply discount section.
  4. Enter your ID number.
  5. Click the Apply discount button.
  6. Pay using your Absa card.

Guidelines

  • Nu Metro

    • This is an upfront discount on Nu Metro movie tickets, not CashBack.
    • Every calendar year, you can get discounts on the following:
      a. (Twelve) 12 tickets for standard 2D and 3D movies (all cinemas , excluding full VIP cinemas at Bedford, Hyde Park, Mountain Mill, and Woodlands

      b. (Two) 2 tickets for 2D and 3D VIP cinema movies (available at the following cinemas: Cornubia, Ballito, Canal Walk, The Glen, The Pavilion, Clearwater, Bedford, Hyde Park, Woodlands,Galleria, Emperors Palace, and Menlyn Park).

      c. (Two) 2 tickets for 2D and 3D Xtreme cinema movies (available at the following cinemas: Cornubia, Ballito, Canal Walk, The Glen, Clearwater, Galleria, Emperors Palace and  MenlynPark).
    • Exclusions
      a. 4DX cinemas
      b. Unused discounted ticket allocations are not carried over to the next calendar year
      c. Partner benefits may not be used in conjunction with any other promotion or benefit.
      d. Alternative cinema screening events, including once-off performances screened via live feeds (such as direct broadcasts of music concerts or sporting events) and recorded conce films,are excluded from all partner/loyalty discounts and other complimentary benefits.
