    Absa Banking App


    Pay a beneficiary

    1. Log in to your Absa Banking App
    2. Tap Pay, tap International banking, then select Global Pay
    3. Select your beneficiary, agree to the terms and conditions, then tap Next
    4. Complete the payment details, then tap Continue
    5. Accept the verification request, then tap Done
    6. You have successfully made a Global Pay payment!

     

    Absa Online Banking

    Pay a beneficiary

    1. Log in to Absa Online Banking
    2. Click Transact on the sidebar, then under My international banking, click Global Pay
    3. Select your beneficiary, complete the payment details, then click Next
    4. Confirm the payments details, then click Next
    5. Accept the verification request, then click Done
    6. Your Global Pay payment has been successfully scheduled!


    Note: You’ll receive an email or SMS when your payment is complete.

  • How to collect your money

    • Collect your money using your reference number (produce positive identification if you’re using the over-the-counter option to collect your money)
    • You can choose to have your money paid directly into your banking account or mobile wallet
    • For cash pickup, we will send you a unique cash-collection PIN (via email or SMS).

  • Who can use Absa Global Pay? 

    • Absa customers who are 18 years or older 
    • South African residents 
    • Foreign nationals who bank with Absa.
