    Conditional Concession
     

    You could also qualify for a 0.25% interest rate concession, on condition you:-

    • Open an Absa Gold Value Bundle or Premium Value Bundle Account prior to registration of the mortgage bond , and
    • Deposit at least R3 000 into your Gold Value Bundle account or R15 000 into your Premium Value Bundle account per month , and  
    • Pay your Home Loan Monthly Debit order from this account, and
    • Keep your Home Loan account up to date and not default under this agreement

  • Documents you will need to apply

    • Copy of the offer to purchase (OTP) with the following details:
      • Seller and purchaser details
      • Correct property description
      • The full OTP (signed by the seller, purchaser and witnesses) can be obtained at the attorneys to validate the purchase price and contact details of the seller
    • Copy of ID/Smartcard, passport, permit, refugee ID or maroon ID for each participant
    • Copy of marriage or divorce certificate (if surname in ID differs to surname on the application)
    • Copy of proof of residence
    • Latest payslip (only one required for salaried individuals)
    • Three months’ bank statements showing the latest three salary deposits
    • Absa customers can get bank statements internally for commission, overtime earned, subsistence allowance, shift allowance or travel claims. Consecutive payslips for 6 months to be provided.
