How to participate

Complete the myvoice survey* - it will take less than 5 minutes – and you’ll receive your  Woolworths voucher within 30 days.

Ignore any SMS or email notification that asks you to follow a link and provide your personal information (for example your username and password, etc.).

Please do not click on any links or share any of your personal information via a link sent to you in an SMS, even if it claims to be from the bank.

  • Who qualifies

    • Absa customers who receive an invitation via SMS or our Absa Banking App

  • What you need to do

    • You’ll receive an SMS or a message via your Absa Banking App inviting you to take part in the survey
    • You will also receive a reference number in your invitation message
    • Complete the survey using your reference number
    • You’ll receive your Woolworths voucher via SMS or via your Absa Banking App within 30 days after completing the survey
    • Your voucher is valid for one year from the date of issue and can be used in-store or online
    • Clients who do not receive the Woolworths voucher within 30 (thirty) days, can call 0861 78 88 88 for assistance

    • The survey will run from 1 November 2022 – 30 June 2023

  • Voucher details

    Please note the following steps to redeem your voucher:
    1. With the details provided to you via your Absa Bank App(in-app notification), please visit your nearest Woolworths store.
    2. Produce your ID or drivers licence.
    3. The WW store will transfer the virtual gift card number you have, onto a gift card you choose.
    4. You may then use the gift card immediately at the Woolworths store.
    5. Alternatively, virtual gift cards can be used on Woolworths Online www.woolworths.co.za without being converted into a physical gift card in-store.
