You can set the exact date of payment

When you use Absa SWIFT payments, you’re able to set the exact date of payment. 

Here’s how it works

You'll need the following information to make an electronic payment
  • The beneficiary’s bank details, account number, name and residential address at hand when making an electronic transfer payment
  • Your required documentation as called for in the South African Reserve Bank rules and regulations
What you need to know
  • When selecting an electronic transfer as payment method, funds will be debited from your Rand account and deposited directly into the beneficiary’s foreign account and vice versa
  • Absa’s SWIFT code is ABSAZAJJ
