How to use Cash Self Service

Making a deposit

  • Log on to the Absa CSS online system using your unique Log-in Name and Password complete online cash request
  • Complete an online cash request
  • The Bank/Cash Centre will confirm order received
  • The Bank/Cash Centre will process transaction and you will receive notification thereof
  • Absa/Cash Centres will put the money in a stop-loss bag
  • Pick-up/drop-off will be done following your pre-arranged schedule

Making a cash request

  • logs into the Absa CSS online system using your unique Login Name and Password, for example, to do a cash request
  • complete online cash request
  • Bank/Cash Centre will confirm order received
  • Bank/Cash Centre will process transaction and you will receive notification thereof
  • Absa/Cash Centres will put the money in a stop-loss bag
  • pick-up/drop-off will be done in accordance with your pre-arranged schedule
