Logon to Absa Online Banking, click on Settings from the Express tab and add your profile.
Logon to Facebook and send us a direct message to @AbsaChatBanking
All you need to text is “Hi”, and we’ll take it from there.

Add Absa (08600 08600) as a contact on your device.
Open WhatsApp and find your new contact.
Simply text “Hi” and we’ll take it from there.

How do I register for Absa ChatBanking?
To add your ChatBanking profile, logon to Absa Online Bankingand follow these easy steps:

Go to Settings.

Click on Manage ChatBanking.

Click on Add profile and follow the prompts.

Facebook Messenger:

Once you click on Add profile and select Facebook from the drop-down, click Continue to get the various options available to complete your registration.

Choose the option that is easiest for you to complete your profile verification.

WhatsApp:

Add Absa (08600 08600) as a contact on your device.

Open WhatsApp and find the new contact.

Simply say “Hi” to your Absa contact.
