- Step 1. Complete the forex delivery form detailing the required product(s), currency and amount
- Step 2. Email the completed and signed forex delivery form with your ID, Passport and travel itinerary to FXdeliveries@absa.africa
- Step 3. FX Delivery team will contact you to confirm all the details and validate your request
- Step 4. Your request will be processed at the ruling rate of exchange and your instructed Absa transactional account* will be debited with the corresponding Rand value (including commission and VAT) and associated delivery cost
- Step 5. If you place your order before 12pm (Monday to Friday) you will get your foreign currency the following business day. Orders placed after 12pm (Monday to Friday) will be delivered in the next 2 working days**
- Step 6. Have your original identity document(s) at hand when you receive your foreign currency
*FX Delivery is available to Absa Gold, Premium, Ultimate, Ultimate Plus, Private Bank and Wealth accountholders only.
