Corporate and Business customers who qualify will receive tailored solutions specific to their requirements and situations.
Most importantly our plan does not carry any extra fees or costs. It is aimed at helping our customers who are struggling with cash flows during the COVID-19 pandemic.
We appeal to customers who are able to meet their financial obligations to please not apply for the plan - we want to make sure that our customers who truly need help will get it. Many of our customers will be severely impacted by this pandemic and we need to be sure that we can give them the assistance that they need.
Our plan extends to all our customers across Africa but will be implemented according to laws, regulations and conditions specific to each country.
Customers who are struggling to meet their financial obligations as a result of the COVID-19 outbreak and lockdown can apply for the Relationship Banking Payment Relief Plan provided their accounts with us are in good standing.
We will assess each application individually in order to create an optimum solution for the customers circumstances.
