Absa Debtor Finance will administer the debtors book and as a result debtors will be aware that the borrower has entered into a Factoring agreement. Invoice discounting Is an "undisclosed facility", where Absa Debtor Finance appoints the borrower to collect all outstanding balances from the invoices it has discounted directly from their debtors. Debtors will not be aware that the borrower has entered into an Invoice Discounting agreement.
