General search Tips
Make keywords as specific as possible. If you're looking for the Prime Rate, enter "Prime Rate" rather "Rates" Words separated by a space, comma or semicolon will result in the search of the specific words in close proximity Use words likely to appear on a page with the information you want Keep in mind that the order in which you type the terms affects the search results
Capitalisation
Our searches are not case sensitive. All letters, regardless of how you type them, will be understood as lower case. For example, searching for "Prime Rates" or "PRIME RATES" or "PrImE RaTes" will all return the same results
The " " operator (phrase search)

Using the word AND
If you enter words separated by AND, matches containing both words in close proximity will be in all returned results
Using the word OR
If you enter words separated by OR, matches containing either word will be in all returned results
Automatic Exclusion of Common Words
This search ignores common words and characters such as "where" and "how," as well as certain single digits and single letters, because they slow down your search without improving the results The results page will tell you if a common word has been excluded by displaying details below the search box If a common word is essential to getting the results you want, you can include it by putting a "+" sign in front of it. (Be sure to include a space before the "+" sign.)
