Potentiate iPad offer
Absa has facilitated discounts for new and existing Potentiate customers on the latest Apple iPad tablets, effectively lowering the cost of these tablets.
- Potentiate customers will be able to get an introductory offer of 15% discount off the Retail Price of the New Apple iPads until Freedom day (27th April 2013)
- You will have the option of paying cash for iPads by making a payment via your new or existing Potentiate account by either contacting the dedicated Potentiate line or at any Absa Branch
- You also have the option of applying for funding assistance to purchase iPads and still qualify for the 15% discount, the funding assistance is subject to credit assessment
- Prerequisites required to qualify for the 15% discount are:
- Opening of a Potentiate account
- Honouring the monthly fee of the account for 24 months
- Register for Online Banking for 24 months
- For your convenience, we will facilitate the courier delivery of your iPad to you from the supplier, FREE of charge
- Your iPad will be delivered between 3-5 days after payment
- We will also provide you with a Vodacom SIM card and 1 GB of data per month for 2 months FREE of charge to get you started on your iPad, simply add your own airtime thereafter
- The free data will be activated within 36 hours of delivery to you
After-sale service for iPads
- Core, the authorised distributor of Apple in SA is your supplier and servicer of the iPad and their standard warranty and terms and conditions apply
- If your Apple iPad is faulty (this does not include physical damage) you can send an e-mail to collections@core.co.za with all your information (name, cell phone number, e-mail address, collection address and serial number of the device) plus a description of the fault, the supplier will collect your iPad and consider your claim
